From our European office in Nuremberg, we manage the sales and marketing of the brands Sylvanian Families, Aquabeads, and EPOCH Games across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. To strengthen our footprint and accelerate growth in the CEE region, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager Poland (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities

Full accountability for driving sales performance and revenue growth in Poland across all channels (Key Accounts, Specialist Retail, E-Commerce, and Distributors).

Strategic development and expansion of customer relationships, including the execution of promotional and sales initiatives.

Close cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams based in Germany.

Planning and implementation of local marketing and trade marketing initiatives (POS campaigns, events, social media, PR) in alignment with the German headquarters.

Responsibility for achieving defined sales, volume, and margin targets within an allocated budget.

Sales forecasting at customer and SKU level in cooperation with Supply Chain Management and Finance.

Continuous market and competitor analysis to identify trends and develop actionable insights.

Identification and realization of growth opportunities across all product categories (Sylvanian Families, Aquabeads, Games).

Ensuring professional, timely, and accurate reporting to the German HQ.
Your Profile

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable commercial qualification.

Several years of relevant sales experience in Poland, ideally within the toy or FMCG sectors, holding positions such as Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Country Manager.

Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing strategic customer partnerships.

Strong network within the Polish retail landscape, including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E-Commerce.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.

Fluent in Polish and English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel both within Poland and internationally.
